We at Progressive Dental recognize and respect your rights to patient privacy and confidentiality. We take our responsibility of protecting your information seriously and have implemented many internal practices and programs to protect you. From the secure electronic storage of your information and many levels of password protection to monitoring the internal use of your data we go above any beyond the minimal requirements defined by Federal HIPAA legislative requirements.

We cannot and will not share any information unless given written authorization by our patients. This includes any verbal requests being made patients without completing an authorization.
